Individual Counselling and or Psychotherapy sessions are available for people who are in emotional and psychological distress. This can take many forms including depression, fear, anxiety, Panic attacks. or a variety of presenting issues. Counselling tends to be relatively short term and to focus on current personal difficulties, while psychotherapy is a longer process which helps people to understand at a deeper level the basis of their presenting issues. Counselling offers you the opportunity to talk to someone unconnected with your life, thus allowing you to gain an insight to what is really going on in your relationship with yourself and with others.
